mx id-types

id-types describes how things are named: ARKs, local system IDs, collection keys, file-level hashes.

Each type has:

• a stable id: name
• a validation pattern
• a scope from global to file
• an optional resolver URI

Pair id-types with file-types when an ingest pipeline assigns both a format and a persistent identifier.
